The country's only coral island, out at sea south of Teknaf, known locally as Narikel Jinjira. Clear water, coral rock and coconut palms — but the ecosystem is fragile and visits are now tightly regulated.
The ridge-top villages of Ruilui and Konglak in Sajek union, Baghaichhari, at about 1,800 feet. It is administratively in Rangamati but reached from Khagrachhari via Dighinala. People come for sunrise above the clouds, so holidays are crowded and noisy.
